Piero Tomassoni

Piero founded Artvisor in 2015. He has curated and produced over forty group and solo exhibitions with leading contemporary artists, regularly gives lectures at universities and institutions, and has authored and contributed to several publications. He is a trustee and a member of the board of multiple art foundations and artist estates. His research focuses on historic and current conceptual and performative practices, as well as on areas of intersection between art and architecture, theatre, and literature. His work is part of a broader inquiry into themes relating to the effects of the acceleration of time in modern societies, the ontology and sociology of art, and the nature of different methods of cultural production. He holds degrees in Philosophy & Economics and Law, and has previously practiced as a lawyer in London.
