Piero is a curator and art critic who works closely with cultural and market institutions, artists, and collectors. He is an advisor to multiple artists’ estates and foundations. Amongst others, he is a member of the board and curatorial committee of the Fondazione Morra, for which he is also the collection trustee, and a member of the authentication panel of the Archivio Gino de Dominicis. He acts as sector expert on art and culture for Strategy& PwC. He has curated over thirty exhibitions and regularly gives lectures on the history of art, curating, and the art market at universities across Europe. He has authored and contributed to several exhibition catalogues, has written for international art magazines and appears on media outlets with interviews and commentary. He holds a degree in Philosophy & Economics and a degree in Law, and he is an English qualified lawyer.
