On 13 November the artist Reverie (Italy, b.1994) will perform Futura Poesia, a site-specific performance designed for the Estorick Collection of Modern Italian Art in London. The work is a tribute to the Futurist movement and revolves around The Arsonist, a poem by Aldo Palazzeschi from 1910. The performance is curated by Artvisor’s Founder, Piero Tomassoni.
Upon entering the site, visitors will encounter Reverie locked in a cage and will watch her as she leaves the cage and performs throughout the space of the museum. The evening culminates with a ritual around a fire in the Estorick’s garden.
